Sales Associate

We guide students and their parents by providing clear information on admission cutoffs, placement records, and the best options available so they can make confident decisions about their careers.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate / Telecaller based in Kolkata. Your main job will be making phone calls to prospective students and their families to explain how GetIntoCampus can help them with their admissions. You will be responsible for calling leads, answering their questions, following up regularly, building good relationships over the phone, and meeting your monthly sales targets.

Salary ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month + Performance Bonuses

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking over the phone.
• Must be fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
• Comfortable making a good volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (experience in education consultancy is a big plus).
• Good at following up with students and parents to close admissions.
• A target-driven mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude.
