Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns across products and practices.
  • Achieve target sales for adhesives products (PSA division) on a pan-India level.
  • Drive global sales to support xxxxx's global growth, focusing on the US market.
  • Utilize sales and CRM tools for lead capturing and managing inquiries.
  • Analyze market trends to develop sales plans and increase brand awareness.
  • Design inside sales strategies, set business goals, and drive execution to achieve team goals.
  • Supervise the smooth implementation of marketing and field activities for sales promotion.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales performance indicators and trends.
  • Provide sales support on various fronts such as policy clarifications and case records management.
  • Identify sales process improvements and manage infrastructure effectively.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software like Salesforce, Zoho, or Hubspot.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist customers effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like spreadsheets and presentation software.
  • Ability to work towards aggressive sales targets and engage with clients effectively.
  • Experience in sales strategy development and execution to achieve assigned targets.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and brand development.
  • Experience in coordinating sales team strategies and tactics to drive sales efforts.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients for sales growth.
  • Skills in analyzing data and providing actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
  • Ability to forecast sales targets and execute plans to enhance clientele.
  • Previous experience in sales leadership and business development is advantageous.
  • Experience in sales of bulk or industrial chemicals is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Good understanding of buying, merchandising, product, tech, marketing, SCM, and finance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of business initiatives.
  • Experience in driving high-performance culture and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools for measuring digital marketing performance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.
