We're on the lookout for a driven, articulate, and field-ready Sales Associate to help us scale our FMCG food brand across Retail + Quick Commerce platforms in Mumbai.
If you've worked closely with modern trade, general trade, and quick commerce platforms and love building brands on-ground, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Onboard and manage retail stores across Mumbai (MT, GT, retail chains, societies).
- Handle Quick Commerce onboarding & growth on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Drive sales through availability, execution, coordination & follow-ups.
- Launch new products across retail and quick commerce.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order-to-delivery execution.
- Track leads, orders, and sales using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Represent the brand professionally during meetings, store visits & sampling events.
- Share market insights, feedback, and growth opportunities.
Who We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG (Food preferred).
- Hands-on Quick Commerce experience (onboarding + driving sales).
- Strong retail network across Mumbai.
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Marathi a plus).
- Comfortable with numbers, trackers, and execution-heavy roles.
- Presentable, trustworthy, and target-oriented.
- Enthusiastic about nutrition, clean-label food, and food startups.
