Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Baramula. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and addressing customer queries to ensure satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, creating presentations, and working collaboratively with the sales team to expand the client base and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Sales acumen, lead generation expertise, and the ability to build and nurture customer relationships
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively address client needs and close deals
- Experience in B2B sales and familiarity with CRM software
- Self-motivation, organization, and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Baramula
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
