Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based in South Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales by building strong client relationships, promoting products, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, identifying and addressing their needs, presenting product offerings, managing order fulfillment, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's portfolio. The role involves collaborating closely with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize opportunities for revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building
• Basic knowledge of or an interest in the liquor industry and premium beverage products
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage orders and client interactions efficiently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Prior sales experience in retail, FMCG, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
