Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound leads while maintaining CRM records.

Understand client requirements and suggest ideal residential or commercial properties.

Coordinate and conduct property site visits across Pune.

Present project details, pricing structures, and comparisons confidently.

Negotiate deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

Track real estate trends, new launches, and competitive market insights.

Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams.

Prepare weekly performance reports.

Mandatory Requirements

Own two-wheeler for site visits.

Own laptop for CRM and reporting tasks.

Minimum 2 year of relevant sales experience.

Immediate availability to join.

Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), PGDM, PGP, Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
