Sales Associate (EdTech, UAE and UK Shift)

EDTECH EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

This is a remote role with a shift aligned to UAE and UK working hours, so you will be speaking with customers when they are most available.

What You Will Do

• Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead follow-up and discovery calls to demos, objection handling and closing.
• Reach out to inbound leads and prospects over calls, WhatsApp and email, and build genuine rapport with parents and learners.
• Understand each learner's needs and recommend the programme that fits them best.
• Explain course details, pricing and payment options clearly and honestly.
• Follow up consistently with interested leads and move them through the pipeline.
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, call outcomes and next steps.
• Work towards monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Share regular feedback from customers with the team to help improve the offering.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in sales, preferably inside sales or EdTech.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a warm and professional communication style.
• Comfort working in UAE and UK time zones from home.
• Confidence in handling objections and closing sales end to end.
• Good follow-up discipline and a target-driven mindset.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools and a reliable laptop and internet connection.

Good to Have

• Experience selling to parents or students in international markets.
• Understanding of the UAE or UK education landscape.
• Experience with consultative or counselling-led selling.
