Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and promoting Drakt Pharmaceutical's products. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing skills, including relationship-building, customer engagement, and target achievement
  • Ability to conduct market research and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
