Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential students to understand their needs, explaining the academy's courses, and assisting in the enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining student records, responding to inquiries, and following up with leads to achieve enrollment targets. The role also involves working closely with the marketing team to promote courses and ensure prospective students have a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with potential students and explaining course benefits
- Experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles
- Knowledge of digital tools, basic computer skills, or prior exposure to educational services is a plus
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage student information effectively
- Application of sales strategies to identify and convert leads into successful enrollments
- Self-motivation to work effectively in a remote setting and meet enrollment goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or communication are desirable
