Cosmos Diamonds is seeking experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Associates to drive sales and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Drive sales through effective product presentation and customer engagement.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers regarding purchases, special occasions, and new collections.
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Ensure showroom displays and merchandise are presented as per company standards.
• Support inventory management, stock verification, and daily store operations.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile• 2–8 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, apparel, lifestyle, or premium retail sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
• Experience in jewellery retail will be preferred.
