Job Title: Outbound Telecaller (Domestic)
Location:Kolkata
Job Description:
We are hiring for an outbound calling position to follow up with dealers and retailers of Century Ply for sales and service. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining business relationships.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling /BPO.
Qualification: 12th/Graduation
Languages: Fluent in Hindi, basic proficiency in English.
Skills: Good communication and convincing skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Upto 14k in hand
Training: 10 days (100/day stipend).
Fixed Sunday off.
No PF/ESIC (in-hand salary).
Working Hours:
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
