✅ Role Responsibilities:

• Engage users via WhatsApp, app chat, and voice calls.
• Understand customer needs and convert conversations into consultations and sales.
• Build trust and guide users in completing transactions.
• Recommend astrologers and services based on user behaviour and preferences.
• Maintain a stellar customer experience with timely follow-ups across chat and call.
• Share user feedback to improve offerings and strategy.

✅ You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English both written and verbal.
• Bring 0–6 years of experience in chat-based or tele-sales / customer support.
• Are a fresher with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn we welcome you!
• Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Are goal-driven and motivated by results.

✅ Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10+2 / PUC
• Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.A, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., etc.)
• Candidates from any stream with sales experience, or with a sales-oriented background (with or without experience), will have an added advantage.
• A strong communication and sales mindset matters more than your specific stream all are encouraged to apply.
