Role Overview:

This is a deal origination role focused on building Equity360's investment banking pipeline by onboarding high-potential founders. You will own the end-to-end business development cycle, work closely with the CFO Practice Lead, and have a clear pathway to transition into Investment Banking within 1218 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end revenue growth for CFO advisory services, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and consistently maintain a high-quality pipeline of startups, SMEs, and growth-stage companies.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with founders and CXOs, positioning CFO services as a strategic growth solution.
  • Execute high-impact outreach across LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, and founder communities.
  • Develop strong relationships with VCs, incubators, and ecosystem partners to unlock referral-driven opportunities.
  • Identify and tap into new market segments, industries, and growth opportunities.
  • Improve conversion rates across the funnel by refining pitch, messaging, and sales approach.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by bringing market insights to enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.

Key Requirements:

  • 36 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closures
  • Prior experience in financial services, consulting, SaaS, or startup ecosystem preferred
  • Strong understanding of startup challenges, fundraising, and financial management is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outreach-heavy roles
