We are looking for a driven Sales Associate to develop and expand the market for CCTV and surveillance solutions. This is a high-impact role combining technical expertise and business development to establish and grow the brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for CCTV and surveillance solutions.
• Meet customers, System Integrators, Dealers, Builders, and Corporate clients to understand their requirements.
• Promote CCTV products and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and project execution whenever required.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Who Are We Looking For

• Fresher or candidate with more than 2 years of experience in sales.
• Prior experience in CCTV, security, networking, or electronic products will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within Pune for customer meetings.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV and surveillance products is preferred but not mandatory.
• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Technical background is a plus).
