Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Gangtok. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized. The role also involves inventory management, achieving sales targets, and fostering customer satisfaction through professional and friendly engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
• Experience with inventory management and maintaining product displays
• Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively as part of a retail team
• Proficiency in using POS systems and digital tools is an advantage
• Attention to detail and ability to organize product displays effectively
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or sales are a plus
