Sales Associate / Business Development team sits at the front line of revenue.
What You'll Do
As our
Sales Associate / Business Development Associate, you are the first filter between noise and revenue. Your day-to-day includes:
- Strategic Outreach: Executing high-intent follow-ups for premium real estate developers
- Qualification: Assessing buyers on budget, timeline, and financing—effectively acting as the gatekeeper for our sales team
- Pipeline Management: Booking qualified site visits/appointments and ensuring our CRM reflects a clean, actionable pipeline
- Feedback Loop: Partnering with our Marketing and Product teams to refine our AI lead intelligence based on real-world conversations
- Conversion: Owning the Lead-to-Show journey, driving higher show-up rates and pipeline velocity
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, or Tele-consulting
- Proven track record in high-ticket industries (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong Hindi + English verbal communication. We like linguists!
- Ability to hold professional, consultative conversations with HNI (High Net-Worth) buyers
- Analytical mindset: You don't just make calls—you detect intent and drive results
- Proficiency in CRM management (Zoho or similar)
