Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Rajkot. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, promoting BFL's financial products, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, offering personalized financial solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities
- Knowledge of financial products and services, especially vehicle financing, personal loans, and LAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
