Sales Associate ANSYS (Full-Time | Pune)
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present products and prepare techno-commercial proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Track sales data, update CRM, and generate reports
- Support pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities including customer support and payment follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience:
- 35 years of experience in product sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
