Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Pune location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and offering suitable property options. Your daily tasks will include meeting with clients, conducting property presentations, facilitating site visits, and negotiating deals. You will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively connect with clients
- Sales expertise, including client relationship management and target-oriented performance
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Willingness to work on-site and engage directly with clients face-to-face
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is an added advantage
