Experience: 1 to 3 Years preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Assistant to manage India MART inquiries, handle customer communication, follow up for payments, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key & Responsibilities:

• Handle all leads and inquiries received from India MART
• Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand customer requirements and provide product information
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders and dispatch updates
• Handle payment follow-ups and maintain payment records
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain daily sales and inquiry reports
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, )
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Follow-up and convincing skills
• Teamwork and positive attitude
