This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with inquiries, addressing their needs, maintaining records, organizing sales-related documents, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in customer service and communication to effectively address client inquiries
• Sales skills and experience with achieving sales targets
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and client data
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively
• Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM or sales-related software is an advantage
