Sales Assistant

SINCLUS is hiring Field Sales Assistants (FSA) for its client operations across India.

Locations: Mumbai (Maharashtra) | Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) | Bharuch (Gujarat) | Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh)

About the Role

As a Field Sales Assistant (FSA), you will be responsible for driving sales in your assigned territory through regular market visits, channel partner engagement and consistent follow-up with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover the assigned territory as per the daily beat/journey plan and meet customers in person
• Achieve monthly B2B and secondary sales targets for the assigned area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retail partners
• Generate new leads, follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
• Ensure product availability, visibility and timely order servicing at outlets
• Track competitor activity and share market feedback with the reporting manager
• Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records

Candidate Requirements

• Any Graduate (any discipline)
• 1-2 years of work experience, from any industry
• Hands-on exposure to B2B Sales and/or Secondary Sales is a must
• Comfortable with daily field travel within the assigned city/territory
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Mumbai, Bilaspur, Bharuch or Gwalior
