By 2025, the company aims to conserve 100 crore liters of water annually and establish itself as a leading water conservation brand. Rainostora is also an authorized distributor for precast modular filters and rooftop inline filters.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Assistant based in Pune Division, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Assistant will aid the sales team in client communications, maintain customer records, track sales leads, and support the development of sales strategies. Responsibilities also include assisting with client queries, organizing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring positive client experiences and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
• Proven experience in Sales, with an understanding of sales processes and techniques to achieve targets.
• Highly developed Organization and Time Management skills to maintain schedules, manage tasks, and prioritize work efficiently.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with self-motivation and accountability.
• Experience or knowledge in water conservation, environmental services, or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
