Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven *Sales HR Executive / HR Solutions Consultant* to promote and sell HR services, payroll solutions, staffing support, compliance services, and HR software solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales, communication, and client relationship skills with the ability to generate business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships.
Salary: 25000 to 30000 (per month)
Location: Mindspace Airoli East (Preferred candidates from near by location only)
Experience: fresher to 1 yr experience
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell HR and outsourcing solutions.
* Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and social media.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.
* Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
* Maintain sales records and update CRM systems.
* Represent the company at business events and networking sessions.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in sales, business development, or HR solutions.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of entire life cycle of HR.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
