We are hiring a Product Experience & Retail Enablement Lead to strengthen nationwide product awareness, demonstrations, and in-store execution for our home appliances portfolio. This role is central to ensuring that retail teams, merchandisers, and customers clearly understand product value, usage, and differentiation.

You will work closely with sales, merchandising partners, and customersdriving impactful demonstrations, resolving product queries, and acting as a key feedback channel between the market and internal teams.

What You'll Do
Product Demonstration & Enablement
Deliver engaging, hands-on product demonstrations for internal sales teams, retail partners, and merchandising staff.

Enable CSD merchants and retail personnel with clear explanations of product features, usage, and benefits.

Ensure consistent product messaging and demonstration standards across regions and teams.

Customer Interaction & Support
Interact directly with customers to explain product usage, address queries, and provide basic troubleshooting support.

Handle customer queries received via email and e-commerce platforms (including Amazon Seller Central).

Maintain a professional, customer-first approach across all touchpoints.

Retail & Channel Collaboration
Act as a coordination point between sales teams, merchandisers, demonstrators, and customers.

Support rollout of new products, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.

Share structured feedback from the field on customer expectations, objections, and training needs.

Process, Knowledge & Reporting
Maintain basic reports and documentation related to product demos, feedback, and customer interactions.

Support internal teams with insights on product performance and improvement opportunities.

Assist in improving demo processes and retail enablement practices over time.

What Will Make You Successful
48 years of experience in product demonstration, retail sales, or merchandising support within the home appliances or consumer durables industry.

Hands-on exposure to working with demonstrator or merchandiser teams.

Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Comfortable handling customer interactions via email and online platforms.

Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and office tools.

A calm, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
