Sales Assistant Manager

• Give out samples to the shoppers
• Approach, conduct sales pitch, convince prospects to purchase our services & products.
• Provide skincare consultation, product demonstration, recommendations on treatment plans and suitable products to client
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and shop sales target
• Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Train new comers, motivate all sales staff
• Assist in daily operational duties such as cashiering transactions, inventory and ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in pro active cosmetic sales (In Retail Shop).
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
• Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
• Fast-paced and collaborative working style
