Role Description
The Sales Assistant role at Erocare involves supporting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in identifying potential sales opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. Responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, coordinating with clients, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations to help achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and promote our products
- Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Highly developed Organization Skills to manage sales processes and maintain accurate records
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic experience of the FMCG industry is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
