Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing client relationships, addressing customer queries, maintaining organized sales records, and helping execute sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with customers, preparing sales reports, maintaining organized documentation, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build and maintain professional relationships
- Customer Service expertise, including the ability to address client needs effectively
- Sales proficiency and proven ability to assist in achieving sales targets
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage records, arrange schedules, and support workflows
- Motivation to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in a sales or assistant role is an advantage
- Proficiency with relevant software tools, including MS Office Suite or similar platforms, is beneficial
