This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Chennai. The Sales Assistant will manage daily sales tasks, engage with customers to understand their needs, process orders, and provide product information. Responsibilities also include maintaining organized sales records, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven Customer Service experience
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• High level of Organization Skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for managing sales records
• Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and independently when required
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• High school diploma; additional certifications in sales or related fields are preferred
