Job Description

Sales Executive – Architecture & Interior

Company: Nishtha Essentials LLP

Location: Pune (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

About Nishtha Essentials LLP

Nishtha Essentials LLP is a design-led firm focused on sustainable architecture and interior design, with a strong specialization in eco-friendly wooden homes, farmhouses, and nature-integrated spaces. Our approach emphasizes the use of natural materials, climate-responsive design, and low-impact construction techniques to create spaces that are both environmentally responsible and emotionally comforting.

At Nishtha, design is not just about aesthetics—it is about creating homes that connect people with nature, traditions, and mindful living.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive with an understanding of architecture and interior design services who can effectively handle client inquiries, explain our offerings, and convert leads into projects.

This is not a conventional sales role—you will act as the first point of interaction between the client and our design philosophy, helping clients understand and connect with sustainable living concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day client inquiries (calls, walk-ins, emails, social media leads).
  • Understand client requirements and explain company services in architecture and interiors.
  • Present our portfolio, design approach, and types of projects (wooden homes, farmhouses, interiors, etc.).
  • Educate clients about sustainable architecture—including benefits of wooden construction, natural materials, and energy-efficient design.
  • Help clients understand the difference between conventional and eco-friendly construction approaches.
  • Coordinate with the design and technical teams for feasibility, concepts, and proposals.
  • Conduct client meetings and initial project discussions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Maintain a lead database and sales pipeline.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Role Perspective (Beginner Level Learning & Exposure)

This role offers hands-on exposure to both design thinking and client management:

  • Act as a bridge between client vision and design execution
  • Translate client requirements into a clear initial project brief
  • Manage client expectations and build trust from the first interaction
  • Gain practical understanding of how projects evolve from inquiry to execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil / related field (preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales within architecture, interiors, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to explain technical/design concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Presentable, confident, and proactive approach.
  • Basic understanding of plans, layouts, materials, and construction is an advantage.
Growth Opportunities
  • Build a strong foundation in architecture and interior design concepts
  • Gain practical knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and sustainable practices
  • Develop skills in client communication, negotiation, and project coordination
  • Opportunity to grow into senior client-facing or project coordination roles
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to work with a design-focused and growing firm
  • Exposure to unique sustainable and wooden construction projects
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Creative and collaborative work environment
