Key Responsibilities
- Market research & mapping: Identify potential dealers from the UBS network, Competition benchmarking, and mapping UBS dealers with authorised distributors.
- Sales support & lead generation Order generation and demand generation
- Assist in lead generation and follow-ups with the Birla Pivot team.
- Product promotion & dealer engagement: Formalising GTM strategy for private label products in the UBS network. Coordinating and initiating product displays, Shop-in-shop for Birla Pivot Products in the UBS channel.
- Support in executing promotional campaigns for private label products
- Data management & reporting: Maintain sales trackers, outlet productivity reports, and customer databases.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Coordination with dealers, Birla Pivot Private Label team, and category manager for driving sales.
- Support in resolving basic customer service issues
