Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Technical Sales & Application Engineer for the Hydraulics Components domain. The candidate will be responsible for technical sales, customer handling, application engineering, business development, and project coordination for hydraulic components and industrial products.

Technical Sales & Application Responsibilities

·      Develop new business opportunities in hydraulic and industrial sectors

·      Generate inquiries from OEMs, industrial customers, and manufacturing companies

·      Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

·      Conduct technical sales presentations and customer meetings

·      Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals

·      Negotiate pricing and commercial terms

·      Handle key customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships

·      Coordinate with internal departments for project execution

·      Understand customer hydraulic application requirements

·      Recommend suitable hydraulic components and product solutions

·      Explain hydraulic applications and component functionality

·      Support customers in product selection and troubleshooting

·      Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning activities

·      Coordinate with design and production teams

·      Provide after-sales technical support

Required Technical Skills

·      Strong understanding of hydraulic components and fluid power

·      Knowledge of industrial machinery applications

·      Hydraulic component selection and sizing

·      Understanding of pneumatics and automation products

·      Basic troubleshooting capability

Educational Qualification & Experience

·      B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics

·      5–8 years experience for Technical Sales & Application Engineer role

·      Experience in hydraulic component sales, application engineering, fluid power products, or industrial product sales preferred

Preferred Industry Experience

·      Hydraulic component manufacturing companies or similar

Software Knowledge

·      AutoCAD

·      MS Excel

·      ERP/CRM Software

·      PowerPoint

·      Hydraulic product selection software

·      Basic understanding of CAD & CAE sofwares

·      Willingness to travel extensively

·      Valid driving license preferred
