Sales Application Engineer - Switchgears

Key Responsibilities

• Increase market share by identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Expand geographic coverage to penetrate untapped or underdeveloped regions
• Raise awareness and educate customers on machinery safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Manage customer approval processes and spec-in activities with key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Drive contract closures for machine safety services by aligning technical and commercial expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in industrial sales, safety services, or business development
• Strong knowledge of machinery safety regulations and industrial compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage spec-in processes and customer approvals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results across multiple regions
