Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales and Trading Intern role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will assist in supporting the sales and trading teams by conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, assisting with client communication, collaborating with team members, managing customer inquiries, and participating in training sessions to build expertise in sales management and trading processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to support marketing strategies and trade execution
- Ability to participate in and apply insights from Training sessions to refine professional skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in business tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
