Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Support professional. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Additionally, you will support clients by providing training on system usage and ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and provide support
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management techniques to drive client engagement and achieve targets
- Experience with providing Training to clients, helping them effectively use systems or services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in resolving client challenges
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proven track record in a sales or support role is a plus
