About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, you will play a critical role in converting inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings, driving revenue, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the service journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and taking ownership of business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings.
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and overdue-card customers to drive service bookings, renewals, and customer retention.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate services to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Follow up with leads, pending quotations, and existing customers to drive bookings and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate customer, lead, and service records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all service updates, customer preferences, and feedback are documented appropriately.
  • Handle customer concerns and coordinate resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track sales performance, lead conversions, and service metrics through regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes, service delivery, and overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, telesales, or service advisory roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM or lead management tools.
  • Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
