About the Role

We are hiring a ServiceNow SOM Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of the Sales Order Management module, ensuring alignment with business processes and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for SOM module and integrations.
• Translate business needs into scalable SOM solutions.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and workflow design.
• Guide configuration engineers and ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on solution road map sand data models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ServiceNow with 3+ yearsin architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNowSales Order Management (SOM).
• Deep understanding of data flows,CSM, and order orchestration.
• Certified ServiceNow Architector Implementation Specialist preferred.
