Role Description The Sales and Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in vapi and ankleshwar, responsible for driving client acquisition and delivering high-quality service to existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective clients, presenting security service offerings, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining relationships with current clients, responding to service queries, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service delivery, and addressing client feedback. The specialist will support basic training or orientation for clients on service processes, maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements, and contribute to achieving sales targets and service quality standards.
