Job Title: SHM – Technical Sales & Service
Experience: 10 years
Ctc range- 15 Lpa (Depends on interview)
Industry: Civil Infrastructure / Hydro / Transportation
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and condition monitoring solutions for infrastructure projects.
- Identify business opportunities in Hydro Power Projects, Bridges, Rail/Road Tunnels, and Dam Safety sectors.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable monitoring systems for:
- Strain / Stress Monitoring
- Leakage Detection
- Temperature Monitoring
- Deflection Measurement
- Crack & Structural Movement Monitoring
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for system configuration and deployment.
- Participate in government and private tenders related to infrastructure monitoring.
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Achieve sales targets and support project execution activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of advanced structural health monitoring technologies and sensor-based systems.
- Understanding of civil structures and infrastructure safety monitoring.
- Experience in technical sales / solution selling in infrastructure domain.
- Ability to read civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Structural / Instrumentation / Mechanical or related field.
