Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging with clients, managing sales processes, and developing customer relationships. The role also entails facilitating customer service interactions, resolving queries, and providing guidance to clients regarding product functionalities and benefits. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and supporting sales teams with training and managing service deliverables.

• Ability to provide Training and support to sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in a sales or service role, preferably in a similar industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
• Familiarity with industrial power systems or voltage regulation solutions is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
