Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Service Representative - Medical Device, based in Mumbai, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role includes managing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, providing technical product demonstrations, and offering after-sales service and support. The representative will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to achieving business growth targets in the medical device sector.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Client Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of Medical Device products and their applications
• Technical aptitude for providing product demonstrations and after-sales service
• Organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service expertise
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
