Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Sales and Service professional. The primary responsibilities include managing customer communications, providing top-tier customer service, driving sales initiatives, delivering product training sessions, and overseeing sales management processes. The role combines client-focused engagement with strategic planning and execution to meet and exceed business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional customer experience and address inquiries effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and strategize successful campaigns
- Experience in Training to educate clients and team members on product features and services
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with pump technologies or industrial equipment sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
