Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer based in Ernakulam. The role involves providing technical support, conducting maintenance and repair activities, and delivering field service to ensure the optimal performance of equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining customer relationships through clear and effective communication, and supporting sales initiatives by demonstrating equipment functionality to customers and providing after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of construction and material handling equipment.
- Proficiency in Field Service implementation and Technical Support for clients.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to analyze technical concerns and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Experience in the construction or material handling industry is an advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline is preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, on-site working environment.
