Key Responsibilities:
- Install new equipment and machinery at customer sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Assemble and test electrical panels for industrial applications
- Perform PLC programming and hardware wiring for automation systems
- Provide customer service support through both online and offline channels
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams for service coordination and technical support
- Maintain service documentation, installation records and testing records
- Support product trials, demonstrations, and customer onboarding
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales
Provide technical support and conduct product demonstrations for clients
Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Support project execution and customer onboarding activities
Coordinate with internal teams and principals for technical clarifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree / Diploma in Electronics Engineering, E & TC, Instrumentation Engineering or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in equipment installation, panel assembly, and customer service
- Proficiency in PLC programming and hardware wiring
- Strong understanding of safety standards and industrial protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
