Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Sales and Service Engineer. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing medical equipment, providing technical support, and troubleshooting technical issues. The incumbent will ensure smooth functioning of equipment, deliver field service, and establish strong communication with clients to meet their service needs. Regular coordination with the team and customers is expected to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges
• Proven expertise in field service and providing technical support
• Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks on medical equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Educational background in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in medical device servicing is a plus
• Willingness to travel for on-site client support
