Role Description The Sales and Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Marmagao. The role involves visiting client locations to install, commission, maintain, and repair equipment, while ensuring reliable performance and minimal downtime. The Sales and Service Engineer will diagnose technical issues, provide troubleshooting and technical support, and recommend appropriate service solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing service reports, coordinating with internal teams, demonstrating products, and supporting sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering suitable technical solutions. The role requires regular interaction with customers to provide professional service, build long-term relationships, and contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills to perform on-site installations, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, coordinate with internal teams, and document service activities.
• Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related discipline) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in a sales and service engineering role or similar customer-facing technical position is preferred.
• Ability to travel locally, work independently on-site, and manage time and priorities effectively.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting, documentation, and use of service-related software tools.
• Commitment to safety practices, quality standards, and continuous learning of products and technologies.
• Salary Is Upto 40K
