Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer based in South India. The Sales and Service Engineer will oversee servicing and maintenance of machinery, provide technical support to customers, and ensure operational efficiency. They will conduct sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and generating leads, while supporting customers with installation, troubleshooting, and effective usage of our products.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Strong sales skills with experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and effective product demonstrations
• Proficiency in understanding and working with mechanical and electronic systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
• Ability to travel and stay proactive in solving technical challenges onsite
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the mechanical or manufacturing industries is advantageous
