Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Coimbatore, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. As a Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing field service and technical support for our machinery. Core responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and assisting clients with operational queries. Collaboration with clients and team members will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair
• Strong Communication skills to address client concerns effectively
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently
• Relevant experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations
