Sales & Project Manager

Fire Safety & Security Systems Domain Location: Chennai
Work Mode:
On-site (Work from Office)
Work Timings:
10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Travel:
- Within city limits (as needed)
- Not frequent
- Petrol allowance/card will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
Sales (End-to-End)
- Drive pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities
- Pitch company products to existing and new clients
- Build and develop a strong client pipeline and relationships
- Convert leads into business opportunities
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and closures
Project Management
- Manage projects acquired through sales from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with engineers and field teams for execution
- Allocate tasks and monitor project progress
- Act as a point of contact between CEO, engineers, and clients
- Handle on-site challenges and ensure timely issue resolution
- Collect feedback and ensure client satisfaction
Domain Knowledge
- Fire Safety Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
(Candidates with exposure to similar domains will be an added advantage)
Who Can Apply
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/project roles (preferred)
- Educational background in Mechanical / Electrical / related fields (preferred)
- Any Graduate with Fire Safety domain knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to take ownership of both sales and execution responsibilities
- Problem-solving mindset and coordination ability
Skills & Tools
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in preparing quotations / BOQs is an advantage
