This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Production Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Sales and Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the brand's standards. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales efforts, streamlining production operations, meeting deadlines, and maintaining an efficient workflow. The individual will also supervise a team, manage supply chains, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and exceptional service.

• Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Production Management, Supply Chain Coordination, and Operational Planning
• Knowledge of Fashion Industry Standards, Garment Fitting, and Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in Communication, Team Leadership, and Problem-Solving
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Design, Management, or a related field
